MetKon
This conditioning-based program is designed for your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. A healthy mix of strength training and cardio. MetKon will utilize popular training formats such as: - HIIT - Circuit - AMRAP (As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible) - EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)

Crunch
Crunch is a 45 minute instructor led workout focusing primarily on the Core, the foundation of all movement. This class includes dynamic and isometric exercises for the abdominal, back, and glute muscles. An improved core not only looks good but increases stability and muscle activation throughout the body.

HIIT The Glutes
A class dedicated to toning of your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, in addition, it’ll also target your quads and hamstrings.
